Government Code § 659.103","heading":"DEDUCTION TO CREDIT UNION.","body":"(a) An employee of a state agency may authorize in writing a deduction each pay period from the employee's salary or wage payment for payment to a credit union to be credited to a share or deposit account of the employee.\n(b) A designation by the Employees Retirement System of Texas is not necessary for a deduction under this section.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 5.16(a), eff.
