Government Code § 659.141","heading":"STATE CAMPAIGN MANAGER.","body":"The state campaign manager shall:\n(1) assist the state policy committee to:\n(A) develop a campaign plan;\n(B) develop a campaign budget; and\n(C) prepare generic materials to be used for the campaign;\n(2) coordinate and facilitate campaign services to state employees throughout the state;\n(3) ensure that all state employee charitable campaign activities are conducted fairly and equitably to promote unified solicitation on behalf of all participants;\n(4) perform other duties prescribed by the comptroller's rules; and\n(5) perform other duties required by the contract with the state policy committee.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 5.17(a), eff.
