Government Code § 660.014","heading":"PAYMENTS TO CREDIT CARD ISSUERS AND TRAVEL AGENTS.","body":"(a) If a state agency may directly pay a commercial lodging establishment or a commercial transportation company under this chapter, the agency may instead pay a credit card issuer or a travel agency for the lodging or transportation.\n(b) The documentation required for direct payment to a commercial lodging establishment or commercial transportation company is also required for payment to a credit card issuer or a travel agency.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1300, Sec. 4, eff.
