Government Code § 660.073","heading":"AIRCRAFT MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT RATE.","body":"The travel provisions of the General Appropriations Act may establish different aircraft mileage rates:\n(1) for travel in:\n(A) a single-engine aircraft;\n(B) a twin-engine aircraft; and\n(C) a turbine-powered aircraft; and\n(2) for travel by:\n(A) a state employee;\n(B) a key official;\n(C) a member of a board; and\n(D) a member of the legislature.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1300, Sec. 10, eff.
