Government Code § 660.115","heading":"RECEIPTS.","body":"(a) Except as provided by Subsections (b) and (c), a state employee who requests reimbursement for a lodging expense must submit a lodging receipt to the comptroller at the time and in the manner required by the comptroller.\n(b) A chief administrator of a state agency who is not a member of a board is not required to submit a lodging receipt to the comptroller.\n(c) A member of a board is not required to submit a lodging receipt to the comptroller if:\n(1) the membership of the board is elected by vote of the people; or\n(2) the member serves on the board full-time and is paid a salary for that service.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1300, Sec. 10, eff.
