Government Code § 660.205","heading":"REPRESENTATION OF STATE.","body":"(a) A state employee who is designated by the governor to represent the state at a governmental meeting or conference held outside the state is entitled to reimbursement for the actual expense of meals, lodging, and incidentals during the trip.\n(b) A travel expense described by Subsection (a) is reimbursable from appropriations to the state agency by which the designee is employed.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 280, Sec. 9, eff.
