Government Code § 661.911","heading":"ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE WITH PAY.","body":"(a) In addition to employee leave authorized elsewhere in this chapter, the administrative head of an agency may grant administrative leave without a deduction in salary to an employee as a reward for outstanding performance as documented by employee performance appraisals.\n(b) The total amount of administrative leave an employee may be granted under this section may not exceed 32 hours during a fiscal year.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 279, Sec. 19, eff.
