Government Code § 661.922","heading":"RESERVE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.","body":"(a) In this section, \"reserve law enforcement officer\" has the meaning assigned by Section 1701.001, Occupations Code.\n(b) A state employee who is a reserve law enforcement officer is entitled to a leave of absence without a deduction in salary to attend training required under Section 1701.351, Occupations Code. Leave without deduction in salary under this section may not exceed five working days every fiscal biennium.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 631 (S.B. 443), Sec. 1, eff.
