Government Code § 663.052","heading":"REPORT OF COMMISSION.","body":"(a) The commission shall report to the legislature not later than December 1 of each even-numbered year.\n(b) The report must:\n(1) summarize the development and progress of the child care program; and\n(2) describe additional child care services needed by state employees.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 268, Sec. 1, eff.
