Government Code § 751.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Board\" means the Office of State-Federal Relations Advisory Policy Board.\n(2) \"Director\" means the director of the Office of State-Federal Relations.\n(3) \"Office\" means the Office of State-Federal Relations.\n(4) \"State agency\" means a state board, commission, department, institution, or officer having statewide jurisdiction, including a state college or university.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 38, Sec. 1, eff.
