Government Code § 753.002","heading":"GIFTS, GRANTS, AND DONATIONS.","body":"(a) The comptroller may accept gifts, grants, and donations to establish and administer the grant program established under Subchapter C.\n(b) The comptroller shall make publicly available on the comptroller's Internet website the source of any gifts, grants, and donations that were given to the comptroller specifically for the implementation of the grant program established under Subchapter C.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1124 (S.B. 8), Sec. 1, eff.
