Government Code § 763.002","heading":"AGREEMENT BETWEEN MUNICIPALITIES.","body":"A border municipality may agree with an adjoining municipality to:\n(1) furnish to, or receive from, the adjoining municipality services or facilities;\n(2) jointly or cooperatively furnish a governmental service or facility; or\n(3) exercise any authority of the border municipality, to the extent that the adjoining municipality may cooperate or act jointly.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 38, Sec. 1, eff.
