Government Code § 783.052","heading":"STATE ASSISTANCE OPPORTUNITY ADVERTISEMENT.","body":"(a) The comptroller, in coordination with the Department of Information Resources, shall develop an electronic advertising system to post a state assistance opportunity on the electronic state business daily in a manner that:\n(1) provides a single location for all state agencies to post electronic summaries of state assistance opportunities;\n(2) provides a standard format for announcing a state assistance opportunity; and\n(3) enables a person to search for a state assistance opportunity provided by a state agency.\n(b) Subject to Chapter 2157, an institution of higher education, a university system, or a health and human services agency may elect to post state assistance opportunity advertisements in the same manner as a state agency under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1074 (H.B. 1500), Sec. 3, eff.
