Government Code § 801.112","heading":"FINANCES AND EQUIPMENT.","body":"(a) The executive director may set staff salaries, within the limits of appropriated funds and subject to the approval of the board.\n(b) The board may request and use staff assistance, equipment, and office space from the Employees Retirement System of Texas.\n(c) The legislature may appropriate funds from the general revenue fund to the board for the payment of staff salaries and operating expenses of the board.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1876, ch. 453, Sec. 1, eff.
