Government Code § 801.210","heading":"MODEL ETHICAL STANDARDS AND CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST POLICIES.","body":"(a) The board shall develop and make reasonably accessible on the board's Internet website model ethical standards and model conflict-of-interest policies, including disclosure requirements, for voluntary use by a public retirement system.\n(b) A public retirement system is not required to adopt a standard or policy based on the model developed under this section.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 140 (H.B. 13), Sec. 2, eff.
