Government Code § 81.025","heading":"BAR DISTRICTS.","body":"(a) The board of directors shall from time to time reapportion the state into bar districts for electing directors from those districts or to perform any other duty imposed on the state bar by this chapter or the rules of the state bar.\n(b) In determining the districts, the board must consider the purposes of the state bar as set out in Section 81.012.\n(c) Any reapportionment is subject to the supreme court's approval.\nAdded by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 148, Sec. 3.01, eff.
