Government Code § 81.032","heading":"DEPUTY CLERK.","body":"(a) The clerk of the supreme court, with the permission of the court, may employ a deputy to assist the clerk in discharging the duties imposed on the clerk by this chapter or by rules promulgated under this chapter.\n(b) The board of directors of the state bar shall set the deputy's salary.
