Government Code § 81.122","heading":"DUTIES OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE.","body":"The executive committee shall:\n(1) on the recommendation of the president of the state bar, approve the creation of additional standing and special committees of the state bar in accordance with Section 81.123;\n(2) conduct a comprehensive review of standing and special committees of the state bar at least biennially and more frequently as the executive committee determines necessary to assess whether there is:\n(A) a continued need for each committee; and\n(B) unnecessary overlap of the committees' activities; and\n(3) perform other duties as delegated by the board of directors.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 20, eff.
