Government Code § 815.310","heading":"TRUST FUND.","body":"(a) A trust fund for the Employees Retirement System of Texas is established with the comptroller.\n(b) All assets of the trust fund shall be credited, according to the purpose for which they are held, to one of the following accounts:\n(1) employees saving account;\n(2) state accumulation account;\n(3) retirement annuity reserve account;\n(4) interest account; or\n(5) expense account.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 91, Sec. 2, eff.
