Government Code § 82.005","heading":"BOARD COMPENSATION.","body":"(a) The supreme court shall set the compensation of each member of the Board of Law Examiners, excluding reasonable and necessary actual expenses, at an amount that does not exceed $30,000 a year.\n(b) Subchapter B, Chapter 659, does not apply to the compensation set under this section.\nAdded by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 148, Sec. 3.01, eff.
