Government Code § 825.104","heading":"DESIGNATION OF AUTHORITY TO SIGN VOUCHERS.","body":"(a) The board of trustees shall file with the comptroller of public accounts an attested copy of a board resolution that designates the persons authorized to sign vouchers for payment from accounts of the retirement system.\n(b) A filed copy of the resolution required by Subsection (a) evidences the comptroller's authority to issue warrants for payment from funds of the retirement system.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1876, ch. 453, Sec. 1, eff.
