Government Code § 825.107","heading":"RECORDS OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES.","body":"(a) The board of trustees shall keep, in convenient form, data necessary for:\n(1) actuarial valuation of the accounts of the retirement system; and\n(2) checking the system's expenses.\n(b) The board shall keep a record of all of its proceedings.\n(c) Except as otherwise provided by this title, records of the board are open to public inspection.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1876, ch. 453, Sec. 1, eff.
