Government Code § 844.004","heading":"STANDARD RETIREMENT ANNUITY.","body":"(a) The standard retirement annuity payable under this subtitle is computed with an allowance for the possible payment of a benefit under Section 844.402 and is the actuarial equivalent of the sum of a member's:\n(1) accumulated contributions;\n(2) current service credit;\n(3) allocated prior service credit; and\n(4) multiple matching credit.\n(b) A standard retirement annuity is payable throughout the life of a retiree.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 873 (H.B. 1587), Sec. 30, eff.
