Government Code § 855.102","heading":"RULEMAKING.","body":"(a) The board of trustees shall adopt rules and perform reasonable activities it finds necessary or desirable for efficient administration of the system.\n(b) The board may adopt and enforce rules concerning:\n(1) the time that a municipality electing to participate in the system begins its participation; or\n(2) notice, information, and reports required of municipalities electing to participate in the system.\nActs 1981, 67th Leg., p. 1876, ch. 453, Sec. 1, eff.
