Government Code § 865.0116","heading":"PARTICIPATING DEPARTMENT HEAD'S DUTIES.","body":"The participating department head:\n(1) is responsible for:\n(A) enrolling new members in the pension system; and\n(B) maintaining current and accurate membership records; and\n(2) shall provide information to the pension system related to changes in the membership records of the participating department in the time and manner prescribed by the pension system.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1165 (H.B. 3247), Sec. 31, eff.
