Health and Safety Code § 101A.303","heading":"MULTIYEAR PROJECTS.","body":"(a) The oversight committee may approve the award of grant money for a multiyear project.\n(b) The oversight committee shall specify the total amount of money approved to fund the multiyear project. For purposes of this chapter, the total amount is considered to have been awarded in the state fiscal year the peer review committee approved the project. The institute shall disburse only the money to be spent during that fiscal year. The institute shall disburse the remaining grant money as the money is needed in each subsequent state fiscal year.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 137 (S.B. 5), Sec. 1, eff.
