Health and Safety Code § 113.0052","heading":"COMPOSITION.","body":"The consortium is composed of:\n(1) the following health-related institutions of higher education:\n(A) Baylor College of Medicine;\n(B) Texas A\u0026M University System Health Science Center;\n(C) Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center;\n(D) Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center at El Paso;\n(E) University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth;\n(F) The Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin;\n(G) The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston;\n(H) The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston;\n(I) The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio;\n(J) The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley School of Medicine;\n(K) The University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler; and\n(L) The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center;\n(2) the commission;\n(3) the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board;\n(4) three nonprofit organizations that focus on mental health care, designated by a majority of the members described by Subdivision (1);\n(5) each regional education service center established under Chapter 8, Education Code, that the executive commissioner identifies as a center predominately serving school districts classified as rural by the National Center for Education Statistics of the United States Department of Education; and\n(6) any other entity that the executive committee considers necessary.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 464 (S.B. 11), Sec. 22, eff.
