April 2, 2015.\n(4) \"Local health department\" means a local health department established under Subchapter D, Chapter 121.\n(5) \"Local health entity\" means a local health unit, a local health department, or a public health district.\n(6) \"Local health unit\" has the meaning assigned by Section 121.004.\n(7) \"Public health district\" means a health district established under Subchapter E, Chapter 121.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1237 (S.B. 969), Sec. 1, eff.
