Health and Safety Code § 12.019","heading":"GENETIC COUNSELING FEES.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner by rule may set a fee to be collected by the department for providing genetic counseling services. The fee may not exceed the actual cost of providing the services.\n(b) The department shall use the fees for providing genetic counseling services.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 76, Sec. 8.116, eff.
