Health and Safety Code § 121.043","heading":"POWERS AND DUTIES.","body":"(a) A public health district may perform any public health function that any of its members may perform unless otherwise restricted by law.\n(b) For purposes of Section 121.005, a public health district shall be identified by its program of public health services and shall, at a minimum, provide the services listed under Section 121.006(d).\n(c) A public health district may sue and be sued.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
