Health and Safety Code § 13.035","heading":"EMPLOYMENT OF HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATORS.","body":"(a) The department shall employ a qualified hospital administrator for each public health hospital.\n(b) A hospital administrator employed under this section is not required to be a licensed physician.\n(c) The hospital administrator may delegate a power or duty of the administrator to an employee.
