Health and Safety Code § 141.013","heading":"HEARINGS.","body":"(a) The department may:\n(1) call and conduct hearings;\n(2) administer oaths;\n(3) receive evidence;\n(4) issue subpoenas for witnesses, papers, and documents related to the hearing; and\n(5) make findings of fact and decisions concerning the administration of this chapter and rules adopted under this chapter.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1, Sec. 3.1639(47), eff.
