Health and Safety Code § 142.0065","heading":"DISPLAY OF LICENSE.","body":"A license issued under this chapter shall be displayed in a conspicuous place in the designated place of business and must show:\n(1) the name and address of the licensee;\n(2) the name of the owner or owners, if different from the information provided under Subdivision (1);\n(3) the license expiration date; and\n(4) the types of services authorized to be provided under the license.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 800, Sec. 9, eff.
