Health and Safety Code § 142.008","heading":"BRANCH OFFICE.","body":"(a) The department may issue a branch office license to a person who holds a license to provide home health or personal assistance services.\n(b) The executive commissioner by rule shall establish eligibility requirements for a branch office license.\n(c) A branch office license expires on the same date as the license to provide home health or personal assistance services held by the applicant for the branch office license.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
