Health and Safety Code § 142.013","heading":"INJUNCTION.","body":"(a) A district court, on petition of the department and on a finding by the court that a person is violating this chapter, may by injunction:\n(1) prohibit the person from continuing the violation; or\n(2) grant any other injunctive relief warranted by the facts.\n(b) The attorney general shall institute and conduct a suit authorized by this section at the request of the department and in the name of the state.\n(c) A suit for injunctive relief must be brought in Travis County.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
