Health and Safety Code § 142.024","heading":"HOME HEALTH MEDICATION AIDE TRAINING PROGRAMS.","body":"(a) An application for the approval of a home health medication aide training program must be made to the department on a form prescribed by the department and under department rules.\n(b) The department shall approve a home health medication aide training program that meets the minimum standards adopted under Section 142.023.
