Health and Safety Code § 142.043","heading":"EMPLOYEE TRAINING.","body":"(a) This section applies to an employee of a license holder who is a health care professional licensed under Title 3, Occupations Code.\n(b) A license holder may provide training to the employees described by Subsection (a) regarding the secure and responsible disposal of controlled substance prescription drugs in a manner that discourages abuse, misuse, or diversion.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 829 (H.B. 2594), Sec. 1, eff.
