Health and Safety Code § 161.010","heading":"IMMUNIZATION EDUCATION; STATEWIDE COALITION.","body":"(a) The department shall establish a continuous statewide education program to educate the public about the importance of immunizing children and the risks and contraindications of an immunization.\n(b) The department shall increase coordination among public and private local, regional, and statewide entities that have an interest in immunizations.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 125, Sec. 1, eff.
