Health and Safety Code § 161.0106","heading":"RESPIRATORY SYNCYTIAL VIRUS; IMMUNIZATION.","body":"As part of the education programs under Sections 161.0095 and 161.010, the department shall include information about:\n(1) respiratory syncytial virus and the importance of preventative activities for children at risk of contracting the virus;\n(2) respiratory syncytial virus prophylaxis for children who are at high risk of complications from the disease; and\n(3) immunization for respiratory syncytial virus when a vaccine is recommended and available.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 115 (S.B. 1211), Sec. 1, eff.
