Health and Safety Code § 161.251","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Cigarette\" has the meaning assigned by Section 154.001, Tax Code.\n(1-a) \"E-cigarette\" has the meaning assigned by Section 161.081.\n(1-b) \"Minor\" means a person under 21 years of age.\n(2) \"Tobacco product\" has the meaning assigned by Section 155.001, Tax Code.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 671, Sec. 3.01, eff.
