Health and Safety Code § 161.458","heading":"GENERAL OFFENSES.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates a provision of this subchapter for which a criminal penalty is not otherwise provided.\n(b) An offense under Subsection (a) is a Class C misdemeanor.\n(c) If it is shown on the trial of a person that the person has previously been convicted of an offense under this section, the offense is a Class B misdemeanor.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 730, Sec. 1, eff.
