Health and Safety Code § 166.157","heading":"DISCLOSURE OF MEDICAL INFORMATION.","body":"Subject to any limitations in the medical power of attorney, an agent may, for the purpose of making a health care decision:\n(1) request, review, and receive any information, oral or written, regarding the principal's physical or mental health, including medical and hospital records;\n(2) execute a release or other document required to obtain the information; and\n(3) consent to the disclosure of the information.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 16, Sec. 3.02(a), eff.
