Health and Safety Code § 222.041","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Commissioner\" means the commissioner of aging and disability services.\n(2) \"Department\" means the Department of Aging and Disability Services.\n(3) \"Executive commissioner\" means the executive commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission.\n(4) \"ICF-IID\" means the medical assistance program serving individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability who receive care in intermediate care facilities.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 65, eff.
