Health and Safety Code § 224.003","heading":"DISASTER EXEMPTION.","body":"(a) In this section, \"public health disaster\" has the meaning assigned by Section 81.003.\n(b) During a public health disaster, a health care facility may prohibit a covered individual who is exempt from the vaccines required in the policy developed by the facility under Section 224.002 from having contact with facility patients.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., 1st C.S., Ch. 7 (S.B. 7), Sec. 8.02, eff.
