Health and Safety Code § 241.057","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person establishes, conducts, manages, or operates a hospital without a license.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $100 for the first offense and not more than $200 for each subsequent offense.\n(c) Each day of a continuing violation constitutes a separate offense.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
