Health and Safety Code § 241.104","heading":"HOSPITAL PLAN REVIEWS.","body":"(a) The executive commissioner by rule shall adopt fees for hospital plan reviews according to a schedule based on the estimated construction costs.\n(b) The fee schedule may not exceed the following:\n(c) The department shall charge a fee for field surveys of construction plans reviewed under this section. The executive commissioner by rule shall adopt a fee schedule for the surveys that provides a minimum fee of $500 and a maximum fee of $1,000 for each survey conducted.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
