Health and Safety Code § 242.015","heading":"LICENSED ADMINISTRATOR.","body":"(a) Each institution must have a licensed nursing facility administrator.\n(b) The administrator shall:\n(1) manage the institution;\n(2) be responsible for:\n(A) delivery of quality care to all residents; and\n(B) implementation of the policies and procedures of the institution; and\n(3) work at least 40 hours per week on administrative duties.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1159, Sec. 1.05, eff.
