Health and Safety Code § 242.035","heading":"LICENSING CATEGORIES.","body":"(a) The department shall determine the rank of licensing categories.\n(b) Unless prohibited by another state or federal requirement, the department shall allow a licensed institution to operate a portion of the institution under the standards of a lower licensing category.
