Health and Safety Code § 242.064","heading":"LICENSE REQUIREMENT; CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 242.031.\n(b) An offense under this section is punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 for the first offense and not more than $500 for each subsequent offense.\n(c) Each day of a continuing violation after conviction is a separate offense.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff.
