Health and Safety Code § 242.304 (2)","heading":"GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL.","body":"It is a ground for removal from the board if a member:\n(1) does not have at the time of appointment the qualifications required by Section 242.303 for appointment to the board;\n(2) does not maintain during service on the board the qualifications required by Section 242.303 for appointment to the board;\n(3) violates a prohibition established by Section 242.303;\n(4) cannot discharge the member's duties for a substantial part of the term for which the member is appointed because of illness or disability; or\n(5) is absent from more than half of the regularly scheduled board meetings that the member is eligible to attend during a calendar year.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1280, Sec. 2.01.","path":["HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE","TITLE 4.
